Red Ribbon Week Mailing
The mailing of Red Ribbon Week information, including:
- "Alcohol, Drugs, Parties and the Law" a practical guide for parents and teens in English and Spanish
- Junior High Party Guidelines
- Grade appropriate "Prayer Services"
- Information about Red Ribbon Certification and the Illinois Youth Survey
- Adult and youth "Drug-Free and Safe" prayer cards
A poster contest and bulletin board decorating contest based on the Red Ribbon theme, "Ask Me, See Me, Be Me, I'm Drug Free", sponsored by the Archdiocese of Chicago Task Force for the Prevention of Alcohol and Other Drug Use by Youth.
Dress in Sweats Day
A school-wide "Dress in Sweats Day" during Red Ribbon Week promoting the "No sweat, I can choose a healthy habit" message of the day.
